This is a changing series of Pilates classes aimed at reshaping your body. The goal is for you to attend 2 classes per week in this series to receive maximum benefits. Classes will be held on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning with core exercises changing each week.

The same class is released each week and you have a choice to sign up for either the PowerCore or PowerCore Props. Maybe join both!
All the classes are multi-level with exercise options given throughout the session. Finally these classes can be done in the studio or at home. If you cannot join us in the studio then the same class is released each week on DVD so visit our store to purchase the session online.
